These policies ("Policy", "Agreement", "Terms") are an agreement between Two Socks Media, LLC ("Two Socks Media, LLC", "Time For Camp", "us", "we" or "our") and you ("User", "you" or "your"). This agreement sets forth the refund, cancelation, and transfer policies associated with your use of the timeforcamp.com website and any of its products or services (collectively, "Website" or "Services").
Time For Camp is not authorized to offer any refunds for event registrations, inclusive of event fees or optional add-ons, or store item purchases. You may be able to obtain a partial refund in accordance with the individual event refund policy which you agreed to during the registration process. All requests for a refund must be directed to the designated Event Administrator of the event for which you are registered. Under no circumstances will the Time For Camp administration fee be refunded even if the Event Administrator refunds all or a portion of the event registration fee or store item purchases.
You are able to cancel your order and receive a full refund, inclusive of the Time For Camp administration fee if done so prior to your funds settling with our third-party payment gateway provider. Settlement usually occurs within a few to 24 hours. Time For Camp is not able to control the amount of time that it takes for a transaction to settle and is not responsible if the option to cancel is no longer available to you. To initiate a cancelation:
1) Login to your account at app.timeforcamp.com
2) Click on the menu option to the right of the registration of interest
3) Click VIEW ORDER in the menu that appears
You will see a cancelation option if funds have not yet settled. Please note that canceling an order will cancel all registrations and store item purchases associated to that order. If you do not see the cancelation option then funds for the order have settled and you will not be able to cancel the order for a full refund. However, you may be eligible for a partial refund as per the Refund policy above.
Time For Camp is not authorized to transfer a registration from one event to another within or between organizations. Event Administrators may provide the option to transfer a registration from one event to another within their respective organization, and have the ability to initiate a transfer in certain situations at their discretion. Please contact the Event Administrator to inquire about transferring a registration from one event to another within the same organization if interested.
Changes and amendments
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its policies relating to the Website or Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement on the Website. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the Website after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
Acceptance of these terms
You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By using the Website or its Services you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use or access the Website and its Services.
